We’ll go deep on culture as a business driver—learning from leaders who have built and transformed culture inside pioneering organizations, and exploring what it takes to turn strategy into the way people actually work, lead and make decisions.
We’ll move to culture pioneer Maril MacDonald’s farm for an immersive leadership experience in nature. Through reflection, facilitated dialogue and work with the horses, participants will examine how they personally lead through pressure, uncertainty and change.
We’ll bring the learning together with coaches and advisors in the room, helping each participant refine a practical Culture Roadmap (built throughout all three days) to identify the decisions and next steps they can carry back into their organization.
The experience continues for 12 months through The Fellowship’s 300+ member alumni community, with ongoing opportunities for learning, connection and support as participants put their Culture Roadmaps into practice.
